The 17th Annual Central Texas African American Family Support Conference

Register today for the 17th annual Central Texas African American Family Support Conference February 8th – 9th 2017 at the Palmer Events Center in Austin, Texas. 

The Central Texas African American Family Support Conference provides opportunities to learn about mental health, developmental and intellectual disabilities, substance use disorder, co-occurring disorders and much more. The mission of the conference is to strengthen family and individual awareness of available behavioral and physical health care services through culturally sensitive education, supports and partnerships.

We’re thrilled to announce this year’s Keynote Speakers –  Tamu Lewis, Co-Founder of the Lee Thompson Young Foundation, and Dr. Rebera Foston, Executive Director of the Foston Institute for Holistic Mentoring.

We are also accepting applications for poster presentations on the topics of wellness, recovery and professional development.
